RETURNS

Convenient delivery in our store Fight Squad | Fight Gear or alternatively send it to our address. You have 14 days to return your items, free of charge.

How to proceed: Make a return to the Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear is very simple and super fast.

(If you make your purchase outside of Portugal, no changes will be allowed, only returns).

You can go to our Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear and make your return there. If you do not have availability, just follow the following steps:

Log in and access your customer area in My Account > Orders,

Select the respective order and click on the Return/Exchange button,

Pack the items in a properly sealed package along with the shipping note you received and send it to our address:

*In the Fight Squad store | Fight Gear, it is only possible to change sizes (same reference). To exchange for another item you will have to make a return and make a new purchase.

The Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear accepts returns within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date, as long as the items: have not been worn, washed or damaged; They are not personalized; have the original label; They are in perfect salable condition and in the original packaging (if any).

Separate returns of the same order are not accepted. When making a return, please ensure that you do not need to return any other items in the same order.

Returns are not accepted for personal items (for example: underwear) and items with damaged packaging (packaging must be intact).

Returns can be made in store, or sent by post to our headquarters. Transportation costs for exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return, only the value of the item(s) will be refunded, thus excluding the cost of shipping costs. In case of a second exchange, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must always keep proof of shipping since, until we receive the item(s) in our warehouse, the responsibility is the customer. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in transit from the customer to our warehouse.

The conditions mentioned above must be respected for Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear can refund your payment.

How to make a claim for a used product

To file a complaint about a used product, you must contact Customer Service so we can resolve the process. After this contact, you must send your item with the respective invoice/order form (which you can find in your customer area) and a brief description of your complaint. If you prefer, you can also go to our Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear and file a complaint with one of our employees.

The claim will subsequently be communicated to the brand and the maximum response time to the customer is 30 days.

If the brand accepts the claim, the item will be replaced with a new one (exactly the same) or its value will be refunded (if the item in question is no longer in stock). If the claim is not accepted, the brand returns the claimed item to be delivered to the customer.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can always choose to return your order in the Fight Squad | Fight Gear, to avoid costs.

I received an incorrect and/or defective item. That I have to do?

If you have received an incorrect and/or defective item, you must contact our Customer Service within a maximum period of 8 days after receiving the order. We will always be willing to listen and solve the problem in the best possible way.

Do I have to pay to make a return?

If you live in Portugal and, if the return is due to a shipping error from Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear, you must contact Customer Service to schedule the pickup of the item, thus taking over the Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear all return charges. However, shipping the replacement items to the customer follows the shipping costs of a normal purchase.

Exchange, return or claim at Fight Squad Store 

You can make returns or claims in the Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear, must be accompanied by: item(s) to be returned and respective invoice/order form.

In the case of a refund, this can be done through a discount voucher (which you can use later in the Fight Squad Store | Fight Gear or in the online store) or you can choose to be refunded using the same method that you used for payment.

Repayment period

The refund of the value of the item(s) will be made within a maximum period of 10 business days from the date of receipt of the item(s). Once this is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. The date on which the transferred amount will be available in the customer's account depends on the customer's banking institution.
